EASY PINK PB&J CHOC MACARONS

We thought it would be fun to make some coral pink Sisterly macarons! I got the recipe from HowToCookThat's blog and after the fourth attempt at baking them, they finally worked! 

All you'll need for the macaron cookie:

  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1/3 cup caster sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups pure icing sugar 
  • 1 cup almond meal

PB&J Choc Ganache:

  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam
  • 1/2 block of Cadbury milk chocolate (melted)
  • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon olive spread
  • 1 pinch of salt
